Piano key labels for beginners
Labeling the piano keys can be super helpful for beginner adults or young children. When you find you’re at a level where you start to get comfortable finding the keys, however- remove them! See below for the best removable piano key labels for beginners.
COLOR PIANO STICKERS
These colorful labels are transparent and removable. They won’t damage your piano or keyboard.
They show the music notation and the letter name of the key and cover 4 octaves.
Kids love the colorful ones as they are eye-catching so piano practice is more enticing and exciting.

COLOR STICKERS WITH MATCHING BOOK
These are the same color stickers as the first on this post but we have the accompaniment book.
The book features piano exercises and children’s songs and are color coded to match the stickers.
The exercises and songs teach the basics of reading sheet music.
Although this is designed for children, I have heard of adults beginning their piano journey using this product.

CROSBY MONSTER STICKERS
If you’re looking for something even more attractive for kids – especially if you’re trying to entice the younger child to play, try these monster stickers.
The beauty of these is that you can remove the notation sticker after a while and let your child find the key themselves while reading the music notation.
They’re transparent and removable – they won’t damage the instrument.

BLACK AND WHITE STICKER SET
If you prefer to keep it black and white, these are good stickers.
Again these are transparent and removable – will not damage your piano/keyboard.
These are a neater option if you don’t want to obscure the look of your piano too much.
Remember, however, they’re temporary! You’re going to be taking them off once you or your child are confident… aren’t you?!
